Directions:

We are located in downtown Laconia on Main Street. Our storefront is underneath the municipal parking garage (free parking).

Main Street is one way northbound along Main Street. Head North on Main Street (State Route 106) into the downtown shopping district. We are on the right, directly across from Goodfellas Tavern and just a few storefronts before you get to The Soda Shoppe and Melnick’s.  To park in the parking garage, bear right along the river on Beacon Street, then enter the parking garage just as Beacon Street curves left to head north. We have a back entrance to use when parking there.

From outside the Lakes Region: Take Interstate 93 to Exit 20 (Tilton). Head east towards Laconia on Route 3. Continue straight on that road all the way to downtown Laconia (do not bear right onto the Route 3 bypass). Turn left at Main Street/Route 106 (Landmark Inn will be on your left). We are on the right as you enter the downtown shopping area.

From Gilford/Weirs Beach and points east: Come into Laconia on Union Avenue past Lakeport. When you get downtown, turn right on Main Street/Route 106 (Landmark Inn will be across the street to your right). Proceed as above.
